In 2025, Progressive launched a reimagined employer brand, Destination: Progress, underscoring its goal of being a destination employer.
“Destination: Progress is designed to show that although job seekers may come to Progressive for a job, they can stay for a career,” said Bill Clawson, Progressive Chief Human Resources Officer. “There’s a correlation between culture, engagement and retention. When you combine those with opportunities for career growth, we’ve found that leads to satisfied and excited employees who will stay for long periods of time.”
Guided by its Core Values, Progressive seeks to empower its customers, employees, agents, and communities to move forward and live fully. The insurer also strives to make its employees feel welcomed, supported, and valued from their first day through their last.
“At Progressive, we prioritize growing and sustaining a workplace culture that attracts the best people and brings out the best in them,” Griffith said. “This empowers them to learn, grow and reach their career aspirations in service to each other and the customers we are privileged to serve.”
